38 Widmer Toronto New Condo

You wouldn’t think in a hot market like Toronto sellers would have to offer an incentive.

But when it comes to new-build condos, incentives are often offered to entice buyers.

And on this up-and-coming condo building they’re offering buyers a brand new, all-electric Porsche Taycan when you buy a Penthouse.

The developer at 38 Widmer Street in downtown Toronto, is offering the Porsche incentive until August.

In fact this 52-storey condo building, dubbed “Central”, is offering 100% electric vehicle parking.

They’re the first in Ontario to offer that.

Every single parking spot comes with an electric hookup.

Other state-of-the-art features the building offers are:

100% high-speed Wi-Fi coverage, including the elevators & underground parking.

Condo owners will also be able to use their phones for keyless entry into the building and to control their unit’s thermostat.

And the amenities don’t stop there.

There is a glass-bottom hot tub, indoor and outdoor pools, an outdoor theatre screen, a golf simulator, a gym with a yoga studio, a bocce field, and an outdoor fire pit.

The development is scheduled for completion in 2022. Available units range in price from $756,300 to $1,376,900.

If you think this might be something you like let me know.

I can give you all the information you need from the developer and help you make an offer if you decide you’d like a condo with that new Porsche you want.

I mean, a Porsche to come with your new condo.

I’m always happy to chat.
